The Graham Norton Show invited the Marvel superhero, Tom Holland and Zendaya on the show, where they shared their experiences while shooting Spiderman No Way Home.

During this interview, Tom Holland, the new Spiderman in the Marvel movies recalled a weird experience while he was on his way to the final round of auditions for the Spiderman movie.

He recalls, the driver who was chauffeuring him to the audition session was too friendly and he was  “a little bit too honest.” Moreover, he would not stop talking to him while driving.

Holland continued, “He’s chatting to me, chatting to me, chatting to me, and I’m a polite person, but I also want to be like, ‘Mate, please shut up. I’m trying to learn my lines.”

While a nervous Holland was telling this to himself, “He’s looking at me in the mirror… and he goes, ‘You know what, kid? I think you’re gonna get it,'” said Holland. “And I was excited to hear that.

To the driver’s prediction, Tom asked why he thought like that, the driver replied, “I think you’re gonna get it because the kid that I just drove there? He is so good-looking.”

Listening to this mixed compliment, Holland jumped with excitement and “I was like, ‘Jeez. Thank you, that’s exactly the confidence boost I need,'” the new Marvel Hero said to the driver.

However, the story doesn’t end here. On the show, Holland recalled that “a few months later,” he met with the driver while he was shooting for his first film as Spiderman.

During this short encounter the driver said to Holland, “’I told you!” To which Holland asked, “I was like, ‘What did you tell me? That I was gonna get the part or that I was ugly?’

All in all, the actor is now set to show his web-slinging crime fighting skills in his third solo film Spiderman – No Way Home, which is releasing on December 17th on big screens. Moreover, the movie is also said to set the record of becoming Marvel’s third longest running film as per the reports.
