Vanderpump Rules star Scheana Shay attorney, Neama Rahmani, has denied allegations made by co-star Raquel Leviss that Scheana punched her in the face during the aftermath of Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix’s breakup.

Raquel had requested a restraining order against Scheana Shay, claiming that the alleged attack left her with a black eye, cut/scar to left eyebrow, blurred vision, and swelling to the left eye. However, Scheana’s lawyer has dismissed the accusations, calling Raquel a “known liar and a cheat.”

According to the lawyer, the supposed markings around Raquel’s eye were there for months and had nothing to do with Scheana. Neither Scheana nor other cast members want anything to do with Raquel moving forward.

“I want to apologize for my actions and my choices foremost to Ariana, and to my friends and the fans so invested in our relationships,” she wrote in part March 8. “There is no excuse, I am not a victim and I must own my actions and I deeply regret hurting Ariana.”

“Besides the indefensible circumstances surrounding our relationship, my feelings for Tom have always been sincere and born out of a loving friendship,” Raquel’s most recent Instagram post read. “Knowing how many people we hurt, I need to understand my choices and learn to make better ones.”

“I feel really horrible,” he wrote in part on Instagram March 7. “My biggest regret is that I dishonored Ariana. I never meant to disappoint so many people, including our loving families and friends.”
