A total of six individuals, including four teenagers, are in serious condition after two separate quadruple shootings occurred in Philadelphia overnight. The teens were shot at an apartment complex where twenty-one round casings were discovered, according to police.

At least 10 bullets were recovered in a vehicle containing two females who were around twenty years old and two children in the second assault, which left both adults in serious condition and a kid, two years old, with a gunshot wound on the leg.

The first shooting incident involved 4 teenagers and it occurred around 2 a.m. Thursday

According to the investigators, the teenagers were attacked because they thought it was because they happened to be standing near the residence of the two victims.

First responders allegedly discovered 14- and 16-year-old females with a gunshot to the face, as well as 13- and 15-year-old boys with injuries to the legs and arms, in the courtyard of the Spring Garden Homes complex.

Fox29 Philadelphia reports that all four teenagers are in serious condition, but it is expected that they will survive.

The second incident occurred in West Philadelphia at about 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Two 20-year-old females were shot in the back and the head, according to authorities, while driving an SUV. Both have been taken to a hospital and are in serious condition, according to police.

Approximately one block away, a 26-year-old guy was critically wounded after being shot in the leg on the street.
