Rockstar Ozzy Osbourne has announced his departure from the land of opportunities – America.
He stated that he will be moving back to England because America has become too dark and violent for him.
The heavy metal rockstar said “I’m fed up with people getting killed every day. God knows how many people have been shot in school shootings.”
The former lead singer of Black Sabbath revealed his plan to move in his latest interview with the Observer.
Ozzy Osbourne who has lived in the United States of America for decades stated “everything’s fucking ridiculous” and “there was that mass shooting in Vegas at that concert. … It’s fucking crazy.”
Osbourne is a patient of Parkinson’s disease and has many other health issues as well which have deteriorated with the passage of time but still, he said he does not want to die in America and “be burried in fucking Forest Lawn” – a renowned cemetery situated in the Hollywood hills where a lot of celebrities are buried.
“I’m English. I want to be back. … It’s just time for me to come home,” he added.
Ozzy’s wife Sharon has the same opinion as well. “America has changed so drastically. It isn’t the United States of America at all. Nothing Was united about it. It’s a very weird place to live right now.”
It is reported that the couple is planning to move back to the United Kingdom by February, next year.
They will be moving back to their Welders’ House which is a whopping 350-acre estate located in Buckinghamshire.
The couple has put their Hancock Park mansion in Los Angeles on sale for $18 million. Osbourne was the founder of the heavy metal band Black Sabbath back in 1969 with bassist Geezer Butler, drummer Bill Ward, and guitarist Tony Iommi.
