Disney’s Minnie Mouse gets a transformation for the very first time! The iconic Disney character swapped her polka-dot dress for a Stella McCartney pantsuit along with a twinning bow.

According to the news, the famous Minnie Mouse is all set to wear a blue pantsuit donning black polka dots by the famous Stella McCartney on the auspicious occasion of the 30th anniversary of Disneyland Paris.

According to the designer, the new outfit of Minnie is a “symbol of progress” and it will be worn in the “honor of women’s history month” in March 2022.

Disneyland Paris will mark its 30th anniversary on 6th March and a “dazzling” new show is expected to take place in front of the sleeping beauty castle – which got reopened recently after a renovation that lasted over 12 months.

Stella McCartney stated that Minnie has “always had a special place in my heart” and she was “delighted to be working with the one, the only, the iconic Minnie Mouse”.

“What I love about Minnie is the fact that she embodies happiness, self-expression, authenticity and that she inspires people of all ages around the world. Plus, she has such great style!” the designer said.

“I wanted Minnie to wear her very first pantsuit at Disneyland Paris, so I have designed one of my iconic costumes – a blue tuxedo – using responsibly sourced fabrics.

“This new take on her signature polka dots makes Minnie Mouse a symbol of progress for a new generation. She will wear it in honor of Women’s History Month, in March 2022,” McCartney added.

Disneyland Paris revealed that McCartney has also teamed up for a limited-edition product range which is supposedly inspired by the Disney movie Fantasia. The product range will be available to the public in the spring of 2022.

The designer is all set to launch an all-unique Minnie Mouse t-shirt as part of her collaboration with the Disney company.

Apart from Minnie mouse- Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Pluto, and Goofy will also get to wear the new costumes especially curated for the 30th-anniversary celebration event.
