Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly announced engagement – finally.
The couple took to Instagram to announce this happy news.
Machine Gun Kelly and actress Megan Fox first made their relationship public back in June 2020.
“In July of 2020, we sat under this banyan tree,” Fox wrote in her post on Wednesday. “We asked for magic. We were oblivious to the pain we would face together in such a short, frenetic period of time. Unaware of the work and sacrifices the relationship would require from us but intoxicated off of the love. And the karma.”
“Somehow a year and a half later, having walked through hell together, and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him. And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes. …and then we drank each other’s blood.”
Machine Gun Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker also shared an intimate video of the two rings he gave to his fiancé on his official Instagram handle. He revealed that the set was designed with the help of jeweler Stephen Webster and it contained the birthstones of them both stating “set on two magnetic bands of thorns that draw together as two halves of the same soul forming the obscure heart that is our love.”
Kelly also said that he has asked Megan Fox to marry him.
The two have been very vocal about their relationship since the beginning of 2020. The two have often graced the red carpet with their gothic fashion twinning clothes.
Megan also introduced Kelly as the future daddy of her children on stage at MTV Video Music Awards.
Megan Fox was married to actor Brian Austin Green previously but got divorced.
The 31-year-old musician has never been married before.
