Machine Gun Kelly is being heavily criticized after a clip resurfaced showing him making sexually offensive comments about a black woman when asked who he thinks is better at giving oral sex.
“Machine Gun Kelly comes under fire for offensive sexual comment about black women in resurfaced clip,” Daily Mail Celebrity Tweeted.
Recently, Canadian star and former electronic band Crystal Castles’ front figure, Alice Glass released a video clip of the 31 year old rapper making offensive comments about black women at the BET Awards red carpet, 2021, saying, it is extremely ‘’disrespectful and fetishizes black women’.
‘I’m sorry I have to give a trigger warning for this one. This video of mgk is disturbing’ she writes in the caption.
In the video, the American rapper, singer and musician said, ‘black girls give the best h***’ and called a woman ‘b****’ as she walked out due to his disrespectful comments.
The full statement reads as ‘This is that it is, ya’ll give the best ‘h**d or you say you don’t give h**d. But white girls they just give h**d. You just need to show your skills because black girls give the best h**d.’
After the woman sitting behind the camera walked out due to the rapper’s disgusting statement, he added, ‘B***h you walk away then, you dirty pig b***h, eugh, with her fake a** Louis Vuitton purse! I’ll go in on this b***h’.
After revealing the rapper’s derogatory attitude towards women, Glass wrote, ‘As a white man, would you ever talk like this? fetishizing black women and in such a disrespectful way!? show respect for Black Women who’s culture you are appropriating.
‘Apologize for this @machinegunkelly this was beyond disgusting.’
‘But all this isn’t just about one artist. there is a bigger picture here. this is about how men who act like this are still given power and opportunities in an industry that willfully perpetuates sexist, racist and abusive behavior. it needs to change,’ she further added to her statement.”
Machine Gun Kelly’s representatives have not responded to the comments’ request so far.
The video clip resurfaced after it was announced that the rapper who just got engaged in January 2022, is going on his 52-date Mainstream Sellout Tour, on Monday.
