Jennifer Gates is the first child and only daughter of Bill and Melinda Gates. She graduated from Stanford University in 2018, majoring in Human Biology, and is currently attending a medical school in New York City.
The daughter of the Microsoft owner is also an accomplished equestrian, who is engaged to a renowned Egyptian equestrian: Nayel Nassar.
In a recent interview, the heir of a minuscule portion of $108.5 billion, revealed the insights of her life and talked about how she was brought up – being the daughter of one of the top entrepreneurs of the world.
Gates acknowledges that she was born into a huge privilege, and she wants to make use of this opportunity to learn, flourish and make the world a better place for everyone.
She was always passionate about horse-riding, and she has been doing it since she was six. She also enrolled herself to get equestrian training, before continuing her studies at the medical school.
After getting her degree from Stanford University in 2018, and becoming a professional equestrian, Gates is now continuing her degree at Mount Sinai’s Icahn School of Medicine.
Other than horse-riding, Gates also loves to travel to exotic and adventurous places. Her social media profiles are proof of her love for travel, toting pictures of visits to Kuwait, Australia, and Spain.
Moreover, opening about her childhood, Gates told the publication, that although she has received cap screen time, she wasn’t allowed to own a personal mobile phone until she was 14. She further opened up about her schooling at Seattle’s Lakeside High School.
During the interview, she also revealed the main inspiration behind her career choice. She said that her childhood pediatrician inspired her to go into the medical field.
Other than her life goals, she also talked about her love for horse- riding. She has not taken it as a hobby only, but she has invested her time into it, and has competed with many celebrity children including Eve Jobs, daughter of late Steve Jobs, Georgina, daughter of Micheal Bloomberg, and more.
Apart from all her hobbies and passions, Gates has a love for humanity, and she is trying to give back to society in every way possible.
