We really doubt that Khloe Kardashian intended for her pregnancy news to be revealed in such a manner.
It was revealed in the season two premiere of The Kardashians on Hulu, which aired on September 22nd, that the Good American CEO told her sister Kim Kardashian about her decision to have a child via surrogacy at the same time as the paternity suit of Tristan Thompson was making headlines.
In the never-seen-before footage, Khloe confessed in her sister that she was dealing with a little issue, saying, “I have a little problem.” “I need to talk to you.”
While Kim Kardashian took her younger sister Khloe off of the speaker phone, she found out that Khloe and Tristan had made the decision to have an embryo transfer. “Oh my god,” Kim said as she brought her palm up to her lips in complete disbelief.
In a subsequent statement, Khloe elaborated on the sequence of events that led up to the operation, adding that the embryo transfer took place a few days before to Thanksgiving and that she learned about “Tristan’s situation the first week of December.”
She addressed the cameras and said, “It’s just so close, I wouldn’t want anyone to think I did this after the fact.”
“Why would I wanna have a baby with someone who’s having a baby with somebody else?”
Maralee Nichols filed a paternity suit against the NBA player in December, alleging that Tristan was the father of her newborn baby Theo, who is now 9 months old. Tristan, who had just resumed his relationship with Khloe previous to Maralee’s legal action, eventually admitted that he was the biological father of the child in question.
On January 3, he wrote a message on his Instagram Story that said, “I take full responsibility for my actions.”
“Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son. I sincerely apologize to everyone I’ve hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately.”On July 28, Khloe Kardashian and Tristan welcomed a boy into the world. His name has not been disclosed as of yet
