Renowned actress Kelly Ripa has always kept her family private since the time they grew up. The children when they were young were part of their mom’s daytime television show “live with Kelly and Ryan”
As they grew older, the public appearances became almost nonexistent.
Kelly Ripa has 3 children. Her only daughter is 20-years-old but is “notoriously private”. The actress has shared previously that her 20-years-old daughter Lola rarely likes to share any picture on any online social media platform. She is a private person.
However, as 2021 comes to an end, Lola permitted her mother to post a complete family picture on her social media platform which will feature all five members of the family.
Kelly Ripa posted the picture on her Instagram stories revealing that these photos have been taken several new year’s eves ago showcasing all the members of the family standing outside their Hampton home in sunny weather.
Kelly and her husband Mark Consuelos are proud parents of sons 24-years-old Michael, 20-years-old Lola, and 18-years-old Joaquin.
The family got reunited recently for Christmas. This is a special Christmas for Mark and Kelly as this is the first year they have become officially empty nesters.
Joaquin was the last of their kids who left the home to attend the university this September.
The elder of the siblings Lola and Michael both chose to study and live in New York while Joaquin went all the way to Michigan.
Kelly Ripa gave an interview to Ryan Seacrest recently discussing Lola’s time in the college stating “College is where you start establishing yourself as an independent person, so when you send your kid away to college if your kid stays local… If she feels homesick, I have to say to her, ‘You can’t come home. You have to work it out.'”
She continued: “I treat it like a long distance. I did the same thing for my son… My main concern was, ‘I don’t know if you should be this close to home because I don’t want you using home like it’s your home. I want this to be your experience.'”
