Justice World Tour, which was scheduled for Feb 18, has been struck by Covid.

The ‘Peaches’ singer has postponed two of his Las Vegas concerts after contracting Covid, reported his representative.

“Due to a covid outbreak within the team, Justin Bieber’s Justice World Tour show scheduled to take place in Las Vegas, Nevada has been rescheduled to June 28, 2022”, Justice Tour World Tweeted.

On Saturday, Justin Bieber announced the concert cancellation news via an Instagram post that revealed that the ‘Favorite girl’ singer has been tested positive for Covid.

While the show has been rescheduled for June 28, the organizers are providing refunds for the tickets at the purchase point, reads a Twitter statement.

“Due to positive COVID results within the Justice Tour family, we will, unfortunately, have to postpone Sunday’s show in Las Vegas,” says the statement. “Justin is, of course, hugely disappointed, but the health and safety of his crew and fans is always his number one priority.”

Initially, the show was to begin in March 2020, however, due to the Covid outbreak, it was postponed for almost two years.

Despite the current Covid situation, Justin Bieber kicked off his first performance on Fri in San Diego and was headed to Las Vegas for his second stop.

“The tour launch in San Diego was a massive success and Justin is excited to bring this spectacular show to his Las Vegas fans as soon as possible,” added the statement.

According to the website, the six-leg Justice World Tour is set to perform in 20 countries in 13 months. The ‘Ghost’ singer will reportedly conclude leg 1 of his tour with a rescheduled performance in Las Vegas before heading for the second leg in Europe for which he will be traveling to four different countries from Aug 3 to 10.

Leg 3, 4 and 5 of the Justice World Tour will take place in 3 South American countries, Argentina, Chile and Brazil as well as New Zealand, Israel, South Africa, and Australia from Sept to Dec. The tour will conclude in Europe with its final leg beginning from January 13, 2023.
