John Travolta, famous actor who appeared with Olivia Newton-John in the smash blockbuster movie musical “Grease,” has written a message paying honor to the late singer. Travolta’s statement may be seen on his Instagram.

“My dearest Olivia, you made all of our lives so much better,” the actor wrote on Instagram. “Your impact was incredible. I love you so much.”

When they featured in the movie musical “Grease” in 1978, Newton-John and Travolta shot to worldwide popularity because of their roles as Danny and Sandy.

A few years ago, the duo relived their roles for one unforgettable evening at the Coral Sky Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, Florida, where they were guests for a sing-along screening of the film and a question and answer session related to it.

Newton-John appeared in public wearing her distinctive yellow skirt and cardigan, both of which were paired with a white button-up shirt. John Travolta on the other hand was seen in a leather jacket and his hair was slicked back.

According to a post that Newton-John made on Instagram at the time, it was the first time both of them had been in costume since the first time they filmed the movie more than four decades ago.

In his tribute, John Travolta added, “We will see you down the road and we will all be together again.”

He signed it: “Yours from the moment I saw you and forever! Your Danny, your John.”
