Singer and television personality Erika Jayne is a hot name after being the sole focus in the 11th season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She reportedly earned a $600,000 salary for the previous season of the show. After she was “put through the wringer and following producers’ orders,” according to US Magazine, sources report that she might be able to negotiate a higher salary package for next season.
Due to the controversies surrounding the relationship between Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi, the reality series earned high viewership ratings. As her case for divorce from the former attorney goes ahead, speculations about the next season and what else she might reveal have started piling up.
Previous stories covered that both Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi were running the divorce story as a sham and were sued for it by Edelson PC. The lawsuit covered that they were embezzling money from the settlement funds of the Boeing plane crash victims of the Lion Air Flight 610.
However, the RHOBH star has denied any know-how or involvement in her ex-husband’s legal dealings. “And anyone who has been wronged, I want them to be made whole. I’m talking about the alleged victims of the alleged wrongdoings from Tom, and it’s important people hear that from me,” said Erika Jayne regarding the lawsuit against her ex-husband on the show.
She was severely criticized for her statement over Twitter, “How incredibly tone-deaf and privileged of Erika to call Tom’s victims ‘alleged’ and then says she’s ready to ‘close this chapter’ and calls it bulls–t. Ma’am your husband stole from victims and deposited the money into your account, you can’t just wash your hands of this #RHOBH,” one viewer wrote.
