A lookalike of Dwayne Johnson – Eric Fields has gone viral on the internet after his photo was posted on the official page of his workplace on Facebook.
Within minutes Eric Fields became a viral sensation as the resemblance between him and Dwayne Johnson is simply Uncanny!
Not only does he look like Dwayne Johnson he also sports a clean-shaven head and a muscular built body. Eric Fields has worked for the Morgan County sheriff’s office for over 17 years. He was seen standing with a worker from Walmart in the viral picture.
The caption of the post stated that “this gentleman recently ran into Sgt. Mason informed him he wanted to meet our deputy that people say looks like ‘The Rock’. Sgt. Mason passed that along and lieutenant fields were happy to swing by the Hartselle Wal-Mart to see him. Tyler is one of their many hard workers and it was great to meet him and some of his coworkers. Walmart Hartselle.”
The picture was shared on 21st August and up till now has garnered more than 2k likes and 200 comments. The comments are hilarious. One of the comments stated, “if Vin Diesel and The Rock had a baby.”
One of the posters stated that “they need to send this photo to Dwayne Johnson just to see his reaction.”
There have been countless TikTok videos of fields circulated across the web garnering his videos over 1.4 million views. The Birmingham News reported that Fields told them “I’ve been called The Rock and Vin Diesel’s love child. I go along with it. It’s humorous. It’s flattering. It could be worse, I guess.”
Eric Fields has an illustrious career at the Morgan County sheriff’s office spanning over two decades. He has been honored with Deputy US Marshal rank and has served in special victim units, as well as drug-endangered children.
Fields is currently deployed in handling the tactical training as well as lieutenant over patrol.
