Denise Richards and her second husband, Aaron Phypers, are caught in a tough parenting situation as a judge ruled that her ex-husband Charlie Sheen doesn’t have to pay for his daughter’s child support.

Denise Richards shares two daughters with Sheen, 56. The elder one is Sami,17, and Lola,16, is the younger one. All this time, Sheen has been supporting his daughters with child support payments. However, on a recent court hearing, the judge ruled that he is no longer obliged to pay for his kids’ Child support.

Allegedly, Aron, Richard’s second husband, who married the star of Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills in 2018, is “upset” as her elder daughter shifted to Sheen’s place.

Sheen’s house is called a “Party” as it lacks discipline and structure.

A source revealed, “Aaron’s a kind man. He’s in a tough role, but he keeps his cool. He’s heartbroken because Denise is heartbroken that Charlie is pulling this after all she has done for him,” and added, “He’s upset because his wife is upset that Charlie is playing this game with the kids.”

The source also stated, “Denise is heartbroken that Charlie has taken this road. She loves those kids,”

On Wednesday, a source told People about Aron’s house structure, saying, ‘Everything is a big party [at Charlie’s house]. There’s no homework. It’s ice cream and movies and staying up late. There isn’t the same structure going on over there. It’s a lot more fun than staying at home and finishing school and doing normal activities with your friends.’

The court’s decision came after the eldest daughter posted on Instagram that living with her mom and her second husband is like living in “Hell.”

In that deleted Instagram post, she also stated that she is living in an “abusive household” and that she is “insanely depressed”.

While confirming that she quit high school, Sami stated she has now shifted from the “Hellhouse and had a spiritual awakening” in her recent picture.

Sheen later confirmed that Sami and Lola are living with him and they are having a great time as he made a brief statement, saying Sam’s amazing. I love her and all my children unconditionally. We’re having a ball. GED, here we come!’

An insider said, ‘Denise is just like any other divorce parent dealing with a rebellious teenage daughter,’ and added that ‘It’s better for Sami if Denise and Charlie were co-parenting her during this time. They are not,’
