Cody Simpson sent out a get-well message to his old friend Justin Bieber who is currently battling with health scare – facial paralysis.

The “baby” singer Justin Bieber revealed that he has been suffering from Ramsay Hunt Syndrome – which is facial paralysis known as “acute peripheral facial neuropathy.” This condition can cause complications in the neurons resulting in facial paralysis and in severe conditions hearing loss.

The Olympic swimmer tried to boost the spirits of his ailing pop star friend calling him a “constant inspiration to everyone.”

He also shared a throwback picture of the two when they were young and carefree while captioning it “get well soon, Justin.”

“I believe this was taken the first time we ever hung out and worked together. Man, how young we were. Playing each other’s songs we had recently written.

“You’re a constant inspiration to everyone.”

Hailey Bieber, wife of Justin Bieber who herself is recovering from a mini-stroke that she suffered in March, updated their fans stating that the famous singer is “getting better every single day.”

Hailey Bieber told the morning show “Good Morning America” that she is often questioned about how the couple is handling the recent health issues and she always replies that “I think going through it very publicly, in front of a lot of people, it kind of forces you in a way to just be upfront about what is going on, so that people understand what you’re going through. And I think it opened up a lot of really amazing and important conversations.

“And I think that the silver lining of it honestly is that it brings us a lot closer, because you’re going through it together, you’re there for each other, you’re supporting each other, and there’s just something that really bonds you through, through these times. That is, I think the silver lining of these crazy times.”

She also added that Justin is doing well. “he’s doing really well, he’s getting better every single day. He’s feeling a lot better. And obviously, it was just a very scary and random situation to happen, but he’s going to be totally okay. And in just grateful that he’s fine.”

Justin Bieber had announced about his health condition in a three-minute video posted last week which he called an update for his fans. He stated “wanted to share a little bit of how I’ve been feelin’.

“Each day has gotten better and through all of the discomfort I have found comfort in the one who designed me and knows me.”

The medical experts have called his condition temporary even though it is a very rare neurological condition. This syndrome is caused by the virus which causes shingles and chickenpox. According to health experts, the sufferer recovers within weeks of the paralysis, and no serious damage to the nerves is observed in them.

After the diagnosis, Justin Bieber was forced to postpone his “Justice world tour”, but he promised to be back on stage once he has recovered completely.
