Britney Spears, the superstar who got rid of 13 years-long conservatorship this Friday, is certainly not slowing down at all and is practicing her new found freedom to its full limits.

The singer, who was under strict conservatorship for the past 13 years and had everything from her career, to her personal affairs and finances legally controlled by her father, Jamie Spears, is now speaking her heart out about her life and her future.

Britney Spears posted on Instagram a video where she told her fans and followers how grateful she is to be independent and to “feel like a woman” who has “freedom to drive a car, go to an ATM machine and buy candies.”

The starlet was seen wearing a crop top in floral print along with black shorts while thanking the Free Britney Movement.

Britney also hinted that she may follow the route of Meghan Markle and Adele and have a tell-a-tete interview with Oprah Winfrey.

She also stated in the video that her parents Jamie Spears and Lynne Spears “should be in jail” for their “degrading treatment of her during the conservatorship.”

Spears said “’Honestly it still blows my mind every day I wake up how my family and the conservatorship were able to do what they did to me… it was demoralizing and degrading!!!!

‘I’m not even mentioning all the bad things they did to me which they should all be in jail for … yes including my church-going mother !!!!’

She further stated “I’ve been on the conservatorship for 13 years. That’s a really long time to be in a situation you don’t wanna be in.”

‘I’m just grateful honestly for each day and being able to have the keys to my car and being able to be independent and feel like a woman.

‘Owning an ATM card, seeing cash for the first time, being able to buy candles. It’s the little things for us women, but it makes a huge difference.’

Rumors have been making rounds that the Grammy-award winner is considering retiring from the entertainment industry altogether.

The muse who has a fortune surpassing $60 million at the moment has been active in the industry for the past two decades but everything was legally controlled by her father under the conservatorship she was put under in 2008.

Britney Spears refused to see her mother after the conservatorship was legally terminated by Judge Penny last Friday. Lynne Spears had been trying to amend their relationship with her daughter for quite some time now but she was denied entrance in Spears’ house every time. Britney Spears accuses her parents of ruining her life.
