Atlanta – A shooting episode in the condominium complex area has left three dead and three others injured, no arrests have been made yet, reported the police.

“SIX SHOT: Three people are dead and three others are wounded after a shooting at a condo complex in the Atlanta area, police say.,” FOX19 NOW Tweeted.

The deadly shooting happened on Sunday night near a community called Clarkston, located in a suburban area on the east side of Atlanta.

County police representative Lt. Shane Smith reported to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that people who witnessed the incident called 911 to report the gunshot sound heard at the Brandon Hill condominium complex around 8:00 p.m on Sunday. Upon arriving at the location, officers found three fatally shot and three others injured.

The news outlets reported that two of the injured were immediately shifted to the hospital with severe injuries, and the sixth one was brought later to a nearby hospital. However, the authorities did not reveal any information regarding the victims or the incident.

Later on, the same night, Smith told the news reporters that no arrests had been made following the shooting. However, he confirmed that case investigators were still collecting evidence and taking verbal statements from witnesses.

On Monday, a dispatcher told the Associated Press that she had no additional details for further release. A recent Tweet from a news outlet reads that ”Police do not believe there is an active threat to the public.”
