The San Antonio police department released an Amber alert after a 13 years old teenage girl went missing.

The law enforcement agencies are at a lookout for the young girl because they believe that 13 years old Bella Martinez’s life is in grave danger on an immediate basis.

Police have traced Aryel Moreno, a 17 years old in connection with the alleged abduction of the girl.

Bella Martinez is described as a young white girl who is 5’4 and weighs 170 lbs. She has brown eyes and black hair. Police released a statement saying that she was last seen wearing a t-shirt in black color with a graphic Ice Cube on it accompanied with black crocs which had charms and ripped jeans in black color.

The 17 years old Aryel Moreno is described as a white male who is about 5’7” and weighs 200 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen driving a Gold Chevy Impala. The car has a dent in the passenger door on the right side.

Moreno is said to be last seen at 400 Hotwells boulevard in San Antonio on Thursday around 1:30 pm.

The San Antonio police department released an amber alert for the missing girl asking people to come forward with any kind of information regarding the abduction of a minor girl.

The Amber alert system was created in 1996 and is practiced in all the 50 states of the United States of America along with the District of Columbia, U.S. Virgin Island, and Puerto Rico.

The Amber alert stands for: America’s Missing: Broadcast Emergency Response and was created in the loving memory of a 9 years old young girl named Amber Hagerman who was kidnapped in Arlington, Texas while she was riding her bike. Unfortunately, she was murdered later on.

All the previous active amber alerts are listed on the website www.dps.texas.org as authorized by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
