Adam Levine in hot waters after denying cheating claims on wife Behati Prinsloo with Instagram influencer Sumner Stroh!
On Monday, Sept 19, the American singer, musician and songwriter denied cheating claims that have been taking rounds all over the web. Following the denial news, celebrities like Emily Ratajkowski, Chrishell Stause and Sara Foster took to social media to offer their opinions on the discussion.
“I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner,” said the pop rock band’s vocalist and guitarist. “I did not have an affair, nevertheless.”
Right after Levine’s statement, stars open up on social media sharing their two cents on the ongoing matter.
“When apologizing for cheating publicly, I hate the we will get through it together part from a man,” said the reality show star, Chrishell Stause. Her marriage to Justin Hartley concluded in 2019.”Don’t speak for her. You’ve done enough.”
On the other hand, fashion model Sara Foster slammed both Sumner and Adam for their parts in marriage, saying, “Cheating is so gross.”
“This woman who chose to make a viral TikTok video…putting it out there for the world to see for a pregnant woman to see when she could have just messaged her privately…We don’t feel sorry for you. You knew this man was married and you participated” added the actress who rose to fame for her role as Jen Clark on 90210.
Meanwhile, American actress, model and author, Emily Ratajkowkski, who recently parted ways with her husband Sebastian Bear-McClard, also believes that Sumner is also a victim in this case.
In response to Sara Foster’s TikTok, she said, “I don’t understand why we continue to blame women for men’s mistakes, especially when you’re talking about 20 something year old women dealing with men in positions of power who are twice their age,” and added, “also, if you’re the one in a relationship, you’re the one obligated to be loyal so the whole other woman to blame, that’s bad and it’s literally designed to keep women apart.”
Two days ago, on Sept 19, Instagram’s sweetheart, Sumner, 23, opened up about her secret relationship with Adam. As per the model, she never wanted to put forward her side of the story until one of her friends attempted to sell her story to a popular magazine.
“Essentially, I was having an affair with a man who’s married to a Victoria’s Secret model,” said Sumner. “At the time, I was young, I was naïve and quite frankly I feel exploited. I wasn’t in the scene like I am now, so I was definitely easily manipulated.”
The Instagram influencer further shared, “In retrospect, I wish I would’ve questioned things more, I wish I wasn’t so naïve but being naïve is not an excuse for what I did and the role I played in this” and added “again, in no way was I trying to gain sympathy and I fully realize I’m not the victim in this. I’m not the one who’s really getting hurt here, it’s Behati and her children and for that I’m so so sorry.”
